Our route will see us cycle up to 1000km across four countries. Starting in San Jose, Costa Rica, we will head north to the southern shore of Lake Nicaragua. Here we will cross the border into Nicaragua by boat and take another boat across the lake to Granada before heading to the Nicaraguan capital, Managua. We will then head up the pacific coast, taking in the towns of Leon and Chinandega, before crossing the border into Honduras at Somotillo.

Heading North West, we move through south-western Honduras before crossing into El Salvador and turning south towards the port town of La Union. We then pick up the coast road once more, heading towards the capital, San Salvador, and our final destination.
